• Between the age of 18-45
• Creative skills, strong motivation and commitment
• A creative project idea and good prospects for a profit return
• Have production-related skills, provided that the product (good or service) is produced by the project owner
• Academic qualification should preferably not be less than secondary school level
• Ownership of an existing project in the Micro-Enterprise category, or have a viable and value-added project idea for the community
• In the case of product partners, a written permission from the partner(s) allowing the use of the product for admission in the incubator, must be obtained.
